Operating as a satellite conference to Interspeech 2008, the International Conference on Auditory-Visual Speech Processing AVSP2008 will be held as an ISCA Tutorial and Research Workshop at the Tangalooma Wild Dolphin Resort on Moreton Island near Brisbane. Surrounded by crystal clear waters, white sandy beaches and untouched National Parks, Tangalooma is the ideal setting for bringing researchers together from around the world who look at the various aspects associated with the field of auditory-visual speech processing by humans and machines.
